Delivery and Collection
As one of the South Australian frozen food distributor, high level of Efficiency, Reliability, Flexibility， are our ongoing promises to clients. Ausgold Foods delivery service covers Adelaide CBD, surrounding suburbs and country areas. We operate five days per week, from Monday to Friday.
· Home Delivery
Delivery is fully refrigerated to ensure the quality of the product. Order will be sent out within 1 to 5 business days after the payment has been received. Free delivery applies to orders above $250 to Adeliade Metro Area (Within 25 kilometres from Adeliade CBD). Below $250 order purchases, there is an extra $18 delivery charge. For those Adelaide Remote Area and Australian Interstate Customers, extra delivery charges may apply, further information please ring the customer service team 08 8244 3588.
Additional delivery fee: If there’s no one at the Delivery Address to receive, sign and pay for the Order when the Goods are delivered, the Goods won’t be left at the Delivery Address. We’ll endeavour to contact you and may charge an additional delivery fee. A cancellation fee may also apply.
Minimum order value (For general public orders): $250 Free Delivery to Adelaide Metro Area (Within 25 kilometres from Adelaide CBD).
Minimum order value (For business orders): $200 Free Delivery to Adelaide Metro Area (Within 25 kilometres from Adelaide CBD).
· Collection
For customers who come to our shop picking up should give us at least one day notice in advance.
Collection of your order: Collection of Orders are only available during the business hours Monday to Friday 7.30-15.00 (exclude Public Holiday) at Unit 2/6-8 Carsten Road Gepps Cross SA 5094. Orders not collected may incur a cancellation fee.
Our shop is just 15 minutes' drive from Adelaide CBD, locating at Unit 2/6-8 Carsten Road Gepps Cross SA 5094.

Terms and Conditions
This Agreement is a contract between you and See Bros Co Pty Ltd, Ausgold Foods(ABN 49 161 969 222). It sets out how you can purchase goods from Ausgold Foods online. By completing the customer application process and using Ausgold Foods online, you are bound by this Agreement.
An agreement exists once Ausgold Foods online accepts an Order from you which occurs when your order and payment is processed. Each Order is a separate Agreement.
１ CUSTOMER APPLICATION
Accurate information: Information provided by you in your application must be accurate and complete. You must inform Ausgold Foods online if there’s a change to your details.
Delivery area: Orders for delivery to addresses that are not in the Ausgold Foods online delivery area can’t be processed. We’ll let you know if your Delivery Address ceases to be in an area where Ausgold Foods online delivers Goods.
For Interstate Customers in Australia (except South Australia), your order may include extra air freight charge, our customer service team will contact you to arrange extra payment for interstate delivery.
２ ORDERS, DELIVERY AND COLLECTION OF GOODS
Additional delivery fee: If there’s no one at the Delivery Address or no one of appropriate age to receive, sign and pay for the Order when the Goods are delivered, the Goods won’t be left at the Delivery Address. We’ll endeavour to contact you and may charge an additional delivery fee. A cancellation fee may also apply.
Minimum order value: Ausgold Foods online sets from time to time a minimum order value. The minimum order value excludes the Delivery Fee. Ausgold Foods online may decide to accept an order which is below the minimum order value. Doing this in one instance won’t oblige Ausgold Foods online to accept an order which is below the minimum order value at any other time.
Collection of your order: Collection of Orders are only available during the business hours Monday to Friday 7.30-15.00 (exclude Public Holiday) at Unit 2/6-8 Carsten Road Gepps Cross SA 5094. Orders not collected may incur a cancellation fee.
３ RISK AND TITLE IN THE GOODS
Risk and title in the Goods passes to you upon delivery or collection and payment for the Goods, either at the Delivery Address.

５ PACKAGING AND LABELLING OF GOODS
Ausgold Foods online aims to provide up-to-date pictures and details of the Goods on our site. At times, the picture or details of the Goods may differ from the Goods actually supplied to you. Ausgold Foods online does not warrant the accuracy of the information contained in the Product List, descriptions and pictures and recommends that you read labels carefully before consuming Goods.
６ USERNAME AND PASSWORD
You are responsible for the safekeeping of your user name and password, and you’re liable if your account is misused by an unauthorised person.
